Episode 7 - First Solo

A pilot will never forget the first time they flew an airplane on their own with no instructor present. I experienced this on the 10th December 2011 and needless to say, it was an event that I will cherish and never forget. I count myself blessed and privileged to be able to say I can fly an airplane by myself and it just makes me more keen to continue with my training and get my license.

    Great episode! I listened to it on the drive home from the airport after another day of flying - just me in the middle of the sky.
    The first solo is memorable. But is also never gets old.
